Starting from May 1, 2026, the cost of SMS notifications from short number 13131 will change

Please be informed that starting from May 1, 2026, the cost of SMS notifications sent from short number 13131 (informational notifications about transactions and card balances for HUMO cards), provided by Octotelecom LLC, will change.

New price: 168.40 Uzbek soums for each incoming SMS message.

This change is due to increased costs associated with maintaining the technical infrastructure, software development, ensuring stable and secure operation of the service, as well as rising energy costs and licensing fees.
