The cost of SMS notifications for HUMO cards will remain unchanged

April 27, 2026, Tashkent, Uzbekistan — JSC “National Interbank Processing Center” (HUMO payment system) announces that the cost of SMS notifications for transactions made with HUMO cards will remain at the current level.

Earlier, LLC “Octotelecom,” which provides SMS notification services through the short number 13131, announced changes to the pricing of its transaction and balance notification service for HUMO cards effective from May 1, 2026.

In response, taking into account customer feedback and recognizing the importance of the service for cardholders, HUMO sent an official letter to Octotelecom proposing to maintain the current pricing conditions.

Following additional analysis and constructive cooperation with Octotelecom, a decision was made to keep the current tariff unchanged. Starting from May 1, the cost of an incoming SMS message from number 13131 will remain unchanged at 84.2 Uzbek soums per message.

Maintaining the current tariff is the result of a joint assessment of the situation and a commitment to finding a balanced solution that ensures stable service operation without increasing the financial burden on cardholders.
